How it works

Singapore holds a COE bidding exercise roughly twice a month. Between rounds, every category — A through E — is an open market on UpAnot: you stake free virtual credits on whether its Quota Premium will close ▲ UP or ▼ DOWN versus the last result.

When LTA publishes the official results (Wednesday around 4pm), every market settles automatically and winners get paid from the pool. Then the next round opens and it starts again.

During the live bidding window (Monday noon to Wednesday 4pm), current bid levels are publicly visible on LTA OneMotoring — anyone could peek and bet on near-certainty. So all picks lock the moment bidding opens. No information edge, no free wins. That's the whole game: you call it before the market shows its hand.

There are no fixed odds. All UP stakes form one pool, all DOWN stakes the other (the house seeds each side with 1,000 credits so there's always something to win). Winners get their stake back plus a share of the losing pool, proportional to their stake:

The fewer people who agree with you, the more a correct call pays. Following the herd is cheap; being right alone is not.

If a premium closes exactly unchanged, that market is a push — every stake is refunded in full, and the round counts toward nobody's accuracy.

You start with 10,000 credits and get +2,000 each round, the first time you visit while it's open. Min stake 100, max 2,000 per category, one pick per category, up to five per round. You can change or cancel picks freely until lock.

Ranked by accuracy (% of settled picks correct), not by balance — grinding refills earns nothing. Ten settled picks qualifies you for the all-time board; three within the recent rounds window gets you on the recent board.
