What is a COE?

A Certificate of Entitlement is the 10-year right to register and own a vehicle in Singapore, allocated through open bidding held by LTA roughly twice a month. The price you see — the Quota Premium — is what the lowest successful bid paid.

When is the next COE bidding exercise?

The next results are expected Wed 8 Jul, 4:00 PM Singapore time, when the July 2026 · 1st bidding exercise closes.

Why do COE prices change?

Each round has a fixed quota of certificates per category, so the premium is set purely by demand: dealer order books, the size of the quota, upcoming regulation, even the calendar. That's also what makes the next result genuinely hard to call.
